REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED BUT CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE OR GUEST ONLY DURING THE TIME OF THE EVENT.

Given the nature of the Retreat and Events taking place, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on any purchases.

All sales are final but can be transferred to another Attendee but only for the present year.

Purchases can not roll over to the following year. Manifestation has the right not to honor a purchase for a refund. The client makes purchases at his/her own risk—manifestation release itself from being held due to any damages you may incur from placing your orders.

 

MAKING A RETURN FOR REFUND - REGISTRATION FEE

All REGISTRATION FEES are final and can be transferred to another guest or attendee to be used for the present year only. No Refunds are being offered for registration at this time.

 

MAKING A RETURN FOR REFUND - T-SHIRTS

Manifestation wants you to be satisfied with your Manifestation Of God’s Glory purchases. If that’s not the case, and you request a refund. Manifestation reserve the right to not accept or exchange for a different size if a returned item is as follows:

-         Must be in new condition

​

-         Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered.  Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

 

-         Is accompanied by the original invoice

 

-         Is returned and exchanged at the Convention Center within the 2018 Retreat time frame as stated below….

​

-         Attendees have a 7-day window to exchange an item

​

-         If the item of exchange is not in stock, the Attendee is required to choose from what is available in stock at the

          Gatlinburg Convention Center.

All Luncheon Tickets are final and can be transferred to another guest or Attendee to be used for the present year only. No Refunds are offered for the Luncheons at this time.

Must EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF RETREAT 2018:

Manifestation wants you to be satisfied with your Manifestation Of God’s Glory purchases. If that’s not the case, T-Shirts may be exchanged for a different size but not refundable and cannot roll over to the following year. (i.e., you can’t hold a purchase and wait for the next retreat to use your returned or exchanged item)

ALL SALES FINAL!

 NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE OFFERED AT THIS TIME. ALL SALES ARE TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER ATTENDEE OR GUEST WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE PRESENT YEAR ONLY.

How to Request an Exchange or Transfer of purchase due to some unforeseen incident:

Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 calendar days of attending the Manifestation of God’s Glory Spiritual Retreat. Please call 256. 337. 0179 or email us at drvtillis@aol.com to process your request.
